131st Canton Fair: Buyer’s Guide

The 131st Canton Fair will take place from April 15 to April 24, 2022.

If you didn’t know, this is the largest trade fair in China.

As in previous years since the start of the COVID pandemic, the fair will also have a virtual edition, so you can visit it from your sofa.

In the previous period, with the goal of strengthening the Canton Fair’s leading role as a trade promotion platform and better supporting the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade, CFTC launched “Trade Bridge” – a virtual Canton Fair promotion campaign.

The goal of the virtual promotion is to improve the Canton Fair’s reputation and reach in the global market.

The global promotion goals of the Canton Fair were accelerated by the arrival of the COVID pandemic, when virtual presentations began.

Today, different marketing platforms are being used and online-offline promotions of key Chinese industrial clusters are being organized to connect with top multinational companies.

This allows Chinese companies to explore overseas markets and receive orders from abroad.

Global reach and market development.
In recent years, more than 330 promotional activities have been held in nearly 100 countries and regions, with a focus on key markets such as Belt and Road countries and RCEP member countries as China’s main trade partners. These activities have attracted more than 22,000 guests and participants.

The organizers invite us – “Let’s join hands for win-win cooperation.”
The fair organizers, together with the Canton Fair’s global partners, invite representatives of foreign government trade promotion agencies, major business associations, experts, and buyers to take part in the fair and create opportunities for global trade cooperation.
