Procurement of goods from China
See a simplified overview of the process of ordering goods from China in five steps
Before ordering please note:
* To import large quantities of goods, you'll need to establish a company.
* We strictly work with companies and legal organizations.
° Step No. 1
Tell us what you want us to find for you
The first step is to tell us which product you want us to look for.
Write to us:
- Product name and quantity you are interested in?
- Send us your request, provide us with: product images, links where the product can be seen, quality, size, color, etc.
- If you know, state the target price of the product, that is, the price that suits you for the requested quantity?
- If it is a specific product, tell us how and what the product is used for?
- Indicate if the product should meet any of the prescribed standards and which ones?
- Have you ordered this product before and what problems did you face?
° Step No. 2
Product search
Upon receipt of your request, our agents collect offers from suppliers.
- We create a detailed specification of your request and send it to a number of suppliers.
- We monitor and review the offers received to make sure it is exactly what you were looking for.
- Then we choose the best offer based on the factors of price, quality, service of suppliers and our experience in working and communicating with them.
- Among the received offers, we choose the most favorable offer and send it to you.
- We always send you the best offer (not necessarily the cheapest - you yourself know that there are many prices on the Internet that are not realistic).
- If the offer suits you, we move on to the next step.
° Step No. 3
Offer confirmation and advance payment
- If our offer suits you, we can arrange to send a sample before sending the complete order.
- We are sending you a sample of the product so that you can confirm the quality of the product yourself.
- If it is about the development and production of a new product, we start the production of molds and the first sample.
- The customer is responsible for the costs of mold production and the first sample.
- After making the mold and the first sample, we send you a sample of the product so that you can be sure of its quality
- After confirming the product, payment is made, usually in the amount of 30% advance for starting production.
° Step No. 4
Start of production of your product
Before the start of production, if there are any, we coordinate your objections with the supplier and ensure that the objections observed during sampling have been eliminated.
Production begins, and during production we carry out checks such as:
- The very way of working and the production process
- Are there any delays in the production process
- Inspection of raw materials
Upon completion of production, we carry out additional inspections that include
- Inspection of packaging / transport
- Product features / specifications
- Print on the product, instructions for use and packaging
° Step No. 5
Paying the remaining part and sending the goods
- We check your goods one more time before final delivery
- If everything is in order, the remaining amount will be paid, usually 70%
- According to your request, we organize shipping methods. We reserve LCL and FCL containers or hire air transport
- We perform exit customs clearance of goods
- We monitor the tracking information of the shipment to your location
- After delivery, we are still here for you 24/7
