1. Pre-Production Inspection
This inspection is performed before production begins to verify that materials, components, colors, packaging, and specifications meet your requirements.
It is a critical step to catch any potential issues that cannot be corrected once production starts.
Our inspectors carefully check each component against the required specifications and record any discrepancies.
The inspection includes:

- Specifications and dimensions

This inspection is conducted according to AQL standards.
2. In-Production Inspection
This inspection takes place once production has started. It ensures that manufacturing processes and product quality standards are properly followed.
Inspectors randomly sample products during production to verify functionality, specifications, and overall quality.
The inspection also involves reviewing the production line methods and checking the final appearance of packaging.
Key points of this inspection include:
- Visual inspection of finished products
- Functionality testing
- Marking and branding
- Packaging and labeling
This inspection follows AQL standards.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection
Performed when production is complete and at least 80% of products are packed, this inspection checks quality, quantity, packaging, labels, and documentation.
This step is essential to ensure accuracy before final payment and shipment.
Inspectors randomly select products from cartons, test them thoroughly, and verify that all specifications are met.
The inspection covers:
- Visual inspection of finished products
- Carton and individual packaging
- Cartons and cardboard labels
- Certificates and documentation
This inspection follows AQL standards.
4. Container Loading Inspection
This inspection ensures safe and proper container loading, correct box quantities, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
Inspectors verify that containers are clean and dry, cartons are securely packed, and the loading sequence is correct.
Inspection includes:
- Container preparation
- Labeling and loading security
- Loading order and box arrangement
- Verification of final documents
It also ensures the shipment fits the container properly without damaging boxes or packaging.
5. Product Testing and Certification
Testing is crucial to confirm that products meet required standards and directives.
Samples are taken from the production batch to verify compliance with your order.
Tests may include:
- CE testing and certification
- RoHS testing and certification
- FDA testing and certification
- WEEE and MSDS reports
Customers may request additional standard tests or certifications if needed.
6. Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing can be performed at the customer's request for any required standards.
We use accredited and authorized laboratories to perform and validate all necessary tests.
